Planning Your Event at Washington Family Ranch

Washington Family Ranch offers guest group accommodations for a variety of event types and group sizes, from 20 to 1,000. With two complete camping facilities on site, the Ranch can host multiple groups, each with their own housing and dining rooms.

  • Canyon camp's western theme and expansive layout make it a great venue for large youth retreats, while its many unique and versatile meeting spaces are excellent for conferences and seminars.

  • Creekside's water park and activity center are more localized, a great option for reunions and all-ages events.

Requirements

Work Crew

Groups are responsible for supplying work crew personnel. Each group is asked to bring one work crew for every ten campers. Your work crew is free of charge and is responsible for working in the kitchen, dining room, dish pits and other areas of camp as needed. Be sure to recruit adults who can supervise or serve as point people for the work crew. Read more about work crew duties here.

Medical Provider

Each group is asked to bring an Oregon certified medical provider (nurse, paramedic, doctor) that can provide care sufficient for the size of your group. Your group size will determine the number of medical personnel needed.

Lifeguards

All groups intending to use water activities (May - September) are required to bring their own lifeguards. The number of lifeguards required is determined by the number of water activities that the group would like to access.
