  WFR Canyon offers exciting opportunities for adventure all year round.  With its expansive Sports Fields you can grab a friend for a game of Frisbee Golf, enjoy the view from the Screamer swing, or rally your group for a game of soccer or whiffle ball. Our guests can try out the Skate Park in the indoor, climate-controlled Washington Family Sports Center, or utilize the four basketball courts, game area or Climbing Walls. Climb the Pamper Pole for a heart-stopping leap! Gather around an outdoor fire pit, enjoy the stars from the lakeshore or watch the action from the Sarsaparilla lounge and Mercantile deck. ​Seasonal Activities & Waterfront
 
  The Canyon Cars and Pool are available seasonally, as is Canyon's central Pond with its sand beach, paddle boards and Zip Lines. These activities are weather-dependent and are open specific months from April through October.

​

 
  The Sports Center is always warm with three floor-to-ceiling climbing towers, game tables, basketball and volleyball courts, a weights and workout room and a tournament-size skate park with ski-lodge views of the canyon.

  Party loud and proud in the Roundup Club Room, perfect for dance parties, movie nights, concerts and more! Our Guest Services team would love to help you put on the best late-night party or mid-morning seminar of your event in this all-purpose space.


 

 
  Enjoy the most scenic snowball fight you've ever had, then stop by the Sarsaparilla for a cup of hot chocolate or a warm espresso drink. Hang out around an outdoor bonfire and toast some s'mores with your friends.

 Our Guest Services team would love to make your winter camping event the best ever for you and your group. Heavy snow is rare at Washington Family Ranch but it can happen. Our flexible Event Spaces can facilitate program events indoors and out, from fire pits by the lake to carnivals in the sports center.
